  • Product Description

In shallow aerators, reducers are key components for transmitting power, mainly used for aeration and agitation in sewage treatment processes. Hansen has developed corresponding reducers for the special working conditions of aeration tanks in the field of sewage treatment, with the following specific characteristics: 1.  Compact structure and light weight: adopting parallel axis layout and vertical layout, saving space, easy to install and maintain. 2.  Hansen Oil LockTM oil seals and labyrinth seals prevent water, dust, or sludge from entering, improving operational reliability. 3.  Hansen reducer uses heavy-duty bearing components; Combining the standard characteristics of P4 gear transmission‐ — Increasing the bearing spacing can ensure optimal stability under load. 4.  Efficient and energy-saving: Some new models adopt a parallel vertical axis structure, with a mechanical efficiency of over 99%. Combined with variable frequency speed regulation, it can achieve stepless adjustment of the working wheel speed, which is more energy-efficient and reliable than traditional series excitation methods. 5.  High load-bearing capacity and reliability: In response to the potential impact loads that may occur during the operation of the aerator, some models use reducers with a calculated service factor>2.1 and are equipped with dual axis power transmission to enhance the impact resistance and rigidity of the transmission shaft and reduce the risk of fracture. 6.  Different service pipelines located at the maintenance level may include a central oil nozzle for labyrinth lubrication, an oil suction pipe for oil discharge, an extended oil level gauge, and an extended exhaust valve. 7.  The position of the sight hole is higher than the oil level, which facilitates current maintenance and repair of large equipment on site.
